Replace Content

Remove all sauer content, and replace it with our own.
Also, decide upon a content structure, probably something like:
/data

/models

/mapmodels
/tools (aka weapons)
/<any other modelly stuff>

/textures

/maptextures
/skymaps

/sounds

etc...
